Kou Sushi

A favourite Japanese restaurant of ours

One of the newer contenders in the Perth Japanese food scene, serving well executed dishes with quality ingredients. Be sure to book for this one before you visit, especially for weekends. Our faves are their aburi don or their homemade Japanese curry.

A suburban Japanese restaurant that has quickly become a new favourite of ours offering well executed and plated dishes with generous servings.

Delicioso Gelato

From newsagent owner, to the face of her own gelato brand

Tiff owned a small news agency for the majority of their adult lives and had to pivot during COVID in 2021. They did by subdividing their store - half newsagent and half gelato store.

A year later, Tiff has expanded her store and is the front-woman of her own brand - Aunty Tiff's which is sold on many store shelves. Some of our favourite gelato flavours at Delicioso include milo, charcoal, durian and pandan.

A must visit when you're at Morley's Coventry Village. Uncle Lam features a small menu which makes it a little easier when deciding what to order. Our pick is any of their pho or their broken rice.

Since 2018, a number of specialty ramen stores have opened up in Perth. If you're after thick and rich ramen, this one's for you. Ramen Keisuke also offer free flow hard boiled eggs and beansprouts for dine in guests.

Being a specialty ramen store, the menu is limited, so get whichever bowl of tonkotsu (pork broth) ramen that interests you most.
