A specialist fishmonger in South Perth serving up customisable in-store sliced sashimi platters and a range of fresh, local seafood.

Marubang BBQ

A two storey Korean restaurant where you’ll find KBBQ on the top and typical Korean fare on the bottom floor.

Mellow Coffee

🐓 Buldak Wings $20 - 9 lollipop friend wings, chilli sauce, house made pickle, rocket & mozzarella cheese fondue

Our favourite brunch cafe of the year.

Mellow Coffee (Wembley)
A petite brunch cafe serving up Korean and Asian inspired dishes and your usual bunch favourites.

Kou Sushi

The Japanese restaurant we frequented the most in 2022 (and probably our most popular page on the website too!).

Kou Sushi (Rivervale)
A suburban Japanese restaurant that has quickly become a new favourite of ours offering well executed and plated dishes with generous servings.

Namsan

One of our favourite meals from our mid year Melbourne and Sydney trip (especially that massive donkatsu!).

Namsan (Melbourne)
A vibey Korean restaurant in the Melbourne CBD serving up generously portioned Korean street food and drinks, open late into the evening.

LoDe Pies

Lots of restaurants started serving degustation, chef's selection style menus this year. Twenty Seats served our favourite.

Omakase Haku

The most memorable meal of the year.

Omakase Haku (Victoria Park)
A private 6 seater omakase which was one of the best meals of 2022 and one of the top Japanese meals we’ve had.

2022 was arguably the year of banh mi and boba. Our favourite banh mi to date, is from DJ's Lunch Bar in Willagee.
