Big burgers.
Last week involved a work lunch at Milky Lane and work dinner at Post Osteria. On both occasions I was able to sneak my camera for a couple shots π.

ββThe Best Thing We Ate βοΈ
Sweet Moments
One could say that Sweet Moments is the reincarnation of Angela Bakery - a bakery that once existed inside of Coventry Village.
They've opened up a small bakery in Queens Park packed full of delicious baked goods.
Many of the things you'll find inside Sweet Moments run on the "not too sweet" level of sweetness - the ultimate Asian compliment one can recieve. This oreo cheesecake was no exception. It wins the best thing we ate this week.
What We Ate π΄
Post Osteria
I've probably only set foot in the beautiful State Buildings less than a handful of times. Inside the main atrium, you'll find Post Osteria - a contemporary Italian osteria.
The venue itself was beautiful. Food wise, it probably wouldn't be my first pick for Italian, but it makes for a decent CBD dining option. Post Osteria gets bonus points for opening until late as well.
Milky Lane
Milky Lane opened late-ish last year and has had some pretty good hype around it since. I'm normally a double smashed patty / eating challenge burger, so Milky Lane's "Big poppa" was my pick. It probably wins the award for the.. Biggest and most loaded burger I've had for a while, that's for sure.
I'd suggest this for those wanting something a little different. And for those who are also hungry.
Does it live up to the hype? I think so.

Cooking by @lingschee
Last week we had a delicious meal prepared by Ling, who runs @lingschee. Ling is a home cook serving up a number of "bare minimum" recipes. Be sure to check her out on Instagram for her recipes and more.
Ling cooked up a delicious creamy pasta (satisfying some cravings I had..). We absolutely loved the textural addition of tobiko.
