We made 62 first time visits and 130 revisits to restaurants in 2023.

Happy new year friends! Paige and I had a chill new years eve in where we stayed at home and binged a new Korean drama, Gyeongseong Creature on Netflix. We were sent a bunch of goodies by the kind folks over at Hound & Hunter late last year and figured their truffle pate would pair well with our charcuterie board 😋.

As promised, we've just dropped the latest vlog which summarises our trip down to Margaret River (and surrounds) in late September last year. Be sure to subscribe if you haven't already ❤️. There's also lots of food photos I've edited just for the vlog, that have yet to make it onto the feed too 🙈.

In other news, we've got around two more weeks until we head off to Japan for our.. pre-honeymoon (TL;DR, we had frequent flyer points expiring and decided to book the trip, rather than spend $$$ extending the points).

If you tuned in last week, you'll know that Suzie's Makan Place served up one of our favourite eats of 2023. So naturally, it should come at no surprise that it was the best thing we ate last week. It was also the final restaurant meal we had in 2023!
