In the first edition of Weekly Digest, we cover eats over the new year long weekend. The best thing we ate all week was Fluffy Lamb's charcoal grilled lamb.
This year we're planning to post more content on this website (gotta make the most of the hosting fees π
).
We're going to start experimenting with a weekly (ish) articles, inspired by one of my (Eddy) favourite creators / productivity nerds, Ali Abdaal.
We're not too sure how these articles will evolve over time, but for now it'll act as a public journal helping Paige and I remember what we've eaten over the year and it'll force me to edit photos I've recently taken.
To start off, we're going to keep this newsletter light. The main topics for now will be recapping (for the past week):

Like last year, our first meal this year was at Fluffy Lamb. We were a bit too late to get Pak Tony's signature Bone Marrow Rice, so we landed on his equally delicious Charcoal Grilled Lamb and Chicken Satay. Our favourite of the two is the Charcoal Grilled Lamb.
