The Best Thing We Ate ⭐️
Nobu
We visited Nobu for Mum's birthday. Having both worked there a couple years, it was our first time trying the premium bento. It featured a very wide spread of food from the Nobu menu and we'd recommend getting this you've dined at Nobu a couple times before. Yes, it is a $79 bento, but you'll be hard pressed to find a premium selection like this anywhere else. Chances are, there'll be at least one dish in the premium bento which you haven't tried.
Fun fact: Paige and I met each other while working at Nobu!

Mamba Corner (by Anything Lah)
Paige finally satisfied her craving for ramly burgers. Ramly burgers are a quintessential Malaysian street food, usually dirt cheap with a processed-tasting patty, but guaranteed to take you down a nostalgic trip down memory lane.
Mamba Corner operates at Anything La Corner on Friday and Saturday's from 7:30 pm to 10:30 pm.
Big Don's Smoked Meats
Big Don's Smoked Meats is a Perth based underground BBQ pop-up. Since their inception in 2017, Big Don's has amassed a cult-like following. Currently, Big Don's release tickets to their menu drops on a weekly basis.
Last week, we secured tickets to the brisket banh mi collaboration with Le Vietnam. Be sure to check out our post later this week.
