The Best Thing We Ate ⭐️

Hifumiya

The pork kimchi bukkake udon from Hifumiya was the best thing we had this week. Hifumiya is Perth's only speciality udon shop which opened in mid 2018. With the exception of Sunday, Hifumiya transforms into Jigoro izakaya (Japanese style bar) at night.

Fun fact: Hifumiya literally means one, two, three store and Jigoro means four, five, six. A Japanese play on words.

What We Ate 🍴

Kou Sushi

We revisited Kou Sushi for family dinner. The favourite of the night was the nasu miso (miso glazed eggplant).

🍆 Miso Eggplant $10 - fried eggplant, sweet miso & spring onion

We also ordered a number of sushi rolls.

🔥 Aburi Mix $22 - grilled salmon (4pc), grilled prawn (2pc) and grilled scallop (2pc)
🍣 Aburi Combo $17 - grilled salmon nigiri (4pc) and grilled salmon roll (5pc)
