The Best Thing We Ate ⭐️
Hifumiya
The pork kimchi bukkake udon from Hifumiya was the best thing we had this week. Hifumiya is Perth's only speciality udon shop which opened in mid 2018. With the exception of Sunday, Hifumiya transforms into Jigoro izakaya (Japanese style bar) at night.
Fun fact: Hifumiya literally means one, two, three store and Jigoro means four, five, six. A Japanese play on words.
What We Ate 🍴
Kou Sushi
We revisited Kou Sushi for family dinner. The favourite of the night was the nasu miso (miso glazed eggplant).
We also ordered a number of sushi rolls.
